By engaging in any insurance-related consultation, quote request, appointment, or service through Kayla Bejarano, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between you and Kayla Bejarano as a licensed insurance agent in the State of California.

All insurance services provided by Kayla Bejarano are rendered under her individual license issued by the California Department of Insurance. Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Providing insurance consultations
   
• Generating insurance quotes
   
• Submitting applications to carriers
   
• Policy reviews and coverage recommendations
   
• Claims guidance or carrier communication
   

Kayla Bejarano operates independently and does not guarantee coverage or rates, which are determined solely by insurance carriers.

All quotes and proposals are non-binding and subject to underwriting by the carrier. Final eligibility, premium, and coverage are determined by the insurance provider. Kayla Bejarano does not guarantee approval or pricing.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information for the purposes of quoting, underwriting, or servicing an insurance policy. You are responsible for reviewing policy terms and disclosures provided by the carrier and asking questions before finalizing any coverage.

All personal information collected through insurance services is protected under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Your information will never be sold or shared without your written consent unless required to process an application or comply with legal obligations.

Insurance consultations may be conducted via phone, email, or secure online platforms. Any advice or quote provided is based on the information disclosed at the time and may change if additional or corrected information is later submitted.

You may contact insurance@kaylabejarano.com to update or correct your data, or to request a new appointment.

You may cancel any appointment or quote request at any time by notifying Kayla Bejarano in writing or by email. If you choose not to proceed with coverage after receiving a quote, no fees are charged.

While licensed to provide insurance-related guidance, Kayla Bejarano does not act as a licensed attorney or financial advisor. All information provided is for insurance purposes only and should not be construed as legal, investment, or tax advice.

Kayla Bejarano is not liable for:

• Denial of coverage by a carrier
   
• Delays or errors caused by third-party providers
   
• Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
   
• Misunderstanding of policy terms not clarified prior to binding coverage
